Anti-Christ makes power grab through “EU” Court
Here’s some good news for obstensible Christians everywhere: the Swedes concede that a pentacostal pastor (I’m not going there..) wasn’t ‘using hate speech’ when he spoke an anti-homosexual sermon that clearly portrayed homosexuality to be a sin. So far so good. Right?
Wrong.
The pastors aquittal only came because the Swedes are trying to give authority to the EU Courts by whatever way they can, even by inference.
Supreme Court Justice Johan Munck said the court was obliged to follow European Union guidelines.
“We believe that it is probable that a conviction against Pastor Green would not hold up in the European Court of Justice,” he said.
Obliged? The EU Constitution was NOT approved by the voters. So, in classic Marxist style, the Courts are now the supposed law makers of the EU, neatly by-passing any voting of the people and the stench of having to get the approval of the people.
And the EU courts on homosexuality?
The EU ‘commison on human rights’ (aka The European Court of Human Rights) says there is such a thing as homophobia and leaves it up to member states to set the minimum age for homosexual contact. Note that guarantees and indeed forces the presence of homosexuality to all who recognize the authority of the courts in the guise of parsing out ‘moral’ behavior of an abomination to God and disease spreader of AIDS/HIV as if simply a natural process.
So what is the Swedish Court now whispering to the EU Courts about the joy of the Christian world at the recent verdict? “They are merely the suckers out front who have no idea what we are doing.”
