Remember the Ninth Circuit Court? The one who ‘ruled’ that parents have no due process over what the ‘public schools’ teach their own children because of the courts ‘evolving understanding’ of the Constitution of the United States?

“Coming out is a very serious decision that should not be taken away from anyone, and disclosure can cause a lot of harm to students who live in an unsupportive home.”
See that ‘evolving understanding of the Constitution’? Not even the excuse of “precedent”. New rulings attempting to by pass the voters and pronouce edicts via judicial fiat.
