The blessing of being too dumb to run

opened the window blinds this a.m. to the window that looks out at the bird feeder. All the birds flew away except one small finch, obviously new to the whole situation and not ‘educated’ that mere movement on the perimeter means Danger. So at a crowded bird feeder at which congregate a multitude of birds of different sizes and shapes, this one bird who was too small to force its way in gets the whole to itself. It just blinked at me in the window and then ate.

Some birds just got it that way.

No doubt the other birds call it Special Ed.

Isaiah 33:23 Thy tacklings are loosed; they strengthen not the socket of their mast, they cannot spread the sail: then is the prey of a great spoil divided; the lame take the prey.

In the Name of Jesus Christ, Amen
