Einhorn, a top counter-proliferation official at the State Department from 1991 to August 2001. “The debate was, do you stop it now or do you watch it and understand it better so that you are in a stronger position to pull it up by the roots later? The case for waiting prevailed.”

Current and former Bush administration officials say the patience paid off. They say that in late 2003, combined U.S. and British intelligence on Khan finally yielded enough information to persuade Libyan leader Moammar Kadafi to relinquish his nuclear technology and turn over conclusive evidence used to shut down the Pakistani scientist, who by then had been removed as head of his nation’s primary nuclear laboratory.

“A.Q. Khan is a textbook case of government doing things right,” John S. Wolf, then assistant secretary of State for nonproliferation, said when Kadafi gave up his nuclear equipment.

Others say that the price of patience was too high, emphasizing that for years Khan fed the nuclear ambitions of countries that the U.S. says have ties to terrorism and pose major foreign policy problems.

“I don’t see what was gained by waiting,” said George Perkovich, a nonproliferation expert at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace in Washington. “Iran got centrifuge equipment and knowledge at the very least, and possibly a weapons design. We don’t even know what North Korea got.”

An American diplomat in Europe was more blunt, saying, “It’s absolutely shocking that Khan spread nuclear knowledge while he was being watched.”

One country (Libya) out of many more who got the same technology through the same individual (Khan and country (Pakistan)) because of the waiting to get the Big Boss, gave assurances it would stop –supposedly a direct result of such ‘patience’. –and those who waited and watched say they have been vendicated. (!) How many spies died while they waited? How much technology was stolen or given away? How much was transfered to third parties unknown as secondary transfers?

What is shocking about it? You have a system that genuinely is deceived that all criminals MUST be brought before a System of Justice that Has The Attention of the People in order to prove to the people that justice is not a thing the people need to get involved in else the people supposedly do injustice. The System Says you must have proof. The enemies of the people place judges and ‘activists’ such that the rules of ‘what constitutes ‘proof’ are continually changed as to make it almost impossible to ever convict anyone of anything.

So: some (quite aware that the enemy is now defining the System so as to make the enemy not only invisible but that when it is caught it either gets away with what is has done, gets a slap on the wrist or worse, sues its victims and wins), ‘asute’ Security types say: “Look. We know who is doing what. But we have to PROVE it –to liberal courts. SO: we have to play the game –because we have to play the game –because its always been done that way. Now we’ve got to get the Big Boss every time. You wouldn’t just keep cutting off the top of the weeds in your garden would you? You need to get the root. Even liberal courts like the roots.”

The criminals know this. They know that seeing the little co-conspirators doesn'’t really interest the Big Agencies. The Big Agency that is supposedly doing the Security Work is in fact perpetually waiting to get the Big Boss, and so the ‘little co-conspirators’ do ten thousand times more crime than even the Big Boss could have done –AS THE BIG AGENCY WATCHES– under the argument that they need to tag the little fishes to make it to the whale. This goes on in every segment of society concerning every crime. The result is a tacit ‘relationship’ between supposed ‘generic’ law enforcer and criminal that both sustains and protects the criminal activity.

And what does the individual ‘generic’ law enforcer say? “I don’t make policy. I’m just Joe Little Guy. I’m just trying to fill my stable with ‘informants’ and I can’t do that if I actually arrest them for the crime they perform. Besides, if I arrested them, they do minimal time and just start over on the street and I’ve niether stopped crime or gotten ‘informants’ if I do that. I just have to work the system I got. Ain’t it a shame.”

The ’simple, humble’ ‘generic’ law enforcement community is genuinely deceived that a few headlines actually put the public to sleep and that the public is not very well aware that criminals and a protection of the criminal mindset is on going BY THE LAW ENFORCERS and has been for decades if not centuries.

Do not at all be surprised if we lose vast armies in the field and those supposedly in charge of security say “Oh. We knew about that threat. But we let it go to get to the Big Boss. What else could we do –given the System we have. If the System we have can’t protect the people, it isn’t my fault. AND we and our philosophy of what the system ideally ought to be ought to keep a monopoly on all law enforcement and we will persecute to the utmost any who get in our way even as we Fail.”

They genuinely are deceived that to be imprisoned in a lie that kills the people is to be Just enough to kill the people who are not so imprisoned and protect the people. Under that same lie of “gov’t policy people get a monopoly on law enforcement” Iran will not be dealt with unless a ten year ‘idealogical war’ can be won in which it is proven to Joe Public that the French, Chinese and Russians were behind the whole of the proliferation of nuclear technolgies. I.E. The liars of the world will, if they can, take over the world without firing a shot and think themselves honest and upright for having done so as the former ‘generic’ law enforcers proclaim their supposed righteousness to be accomplices of murderers and thieves.

THE first time Knowledge Mbanda found a dead baby in the drains of Harare, he was horrified. “It is completely against our culture to abandon children,” he said. “I thought it must be of a woman who had been raped or a prostitute.” But now he and fellow council workers find at least 20 corpses of newborn babies each week, thrown away or even flushed down the lavatories of Zimbabwe’s capital.

The dumping of babies, along with what doctors describe as a “dramatic” increase in malnourished children in city hospitals, is the most shocking illustration of the economic collapse of a country that was once the breadbasket of southern Africa.

Some of the corpses are the result of unwanted pregnancies in a country experiencing a rise in sexual abuse and prostitution. But others are newborns dumped by desperate mothers unable to support another child. Inflation has reached 1,000% and the government’s seizure of 95% of commercial farms has seen food production plummet.

The dead gutter babies are the most pitiful victims of a government that believes it can starve its people into compliance, or death, turning Zimbabwe into the only country in the region with a shrinking population.

So grave is the situation that even the government media have begun reporting it. “Some of the things that are happening now are shocking,” complained Nomutsa Chideya, Harare’s town clerk, to the state-owned Herald newspaper. “Apart from upsetting the normal flow of waste, it [baby dumping] is not right from a moral standpoint.”

Paediatricians contacted by The Sunday Times in the two main cities of Harare and Bulawayo said severe child malnutrition had doubled over the past year and hospital morgues were piled high with bodies people could not afford to bury.

“Children are dying off like flies,” said one surgeon in Bulawayo who, like most of those interviewed for this article, asked to remain anonymous for fear of repercussions by President Robert Mugabe’s police state.

Nobody knows the exact figures for malnutrition because the majority of victims cannot afford to reach hospitals. Moreover, according to the surgeon, the extent of the famine is being masked by the scale of the Aids epidemic, with more than a quarter of the population HIV-positive.

“Put simply, people are dying of Aids before they can starve to death,” he said.

Once more, the Brits, in the guise of ‘hearts and minds’ policy that has never worked to prevent war even once, but instead sets up the lies of enemies as if the equivalent of truth and thus establishes, with Western monies and blood (and has established, for at least the last two centuries) the very lies that attack the West, are whining that they are being thwarted in strengthening those very lies –by the Americans, even though it is well known that the Bush White House and State Dept. are the very vehicle by which Christian blood was and is being spilled to establish Islamic Republics; even after the Abdul Rahman (Christian name: Joel) evidence that such ‘Republics’ are not merely ‘token Islamic’ but are all hard-core Jesus Christ loathing regimes who see the efforts of Christians to set up Islamic regimes as a ‘natural proof’ of the superiority of Islam over Jesus Christ and as such that it is the ‘Christians’ who encourage a permanent state of jihad by their constant dhimmi attitude even from the White House webpages (which says that the Koran IS divine revelation).

Yet we see nowhere that Bush or England says the same of the Holy Scriptures.

“I’ve had conversations with many [US security contractors] and regular US soldiers who are evangelical Christians,” writes John Geddes, the ex-SAS soldier quoted above, “who see themselves in a crusade against the Muslim hordes. In my view, they’re not much different to the Iraqi militiamen and foreign fighters who see themselves at the heart of a jihad against the Christian crusaders.”

No doubt such comments as boo-hooing to get some sex get the Brit soldiers, more than a few dates among the liberal ‘ladies’ of England, them having such a big heart and all that not only allows Christians to be persecuted and killed, but feels guilty about even self-defense against an on-slaughter by murderers led on by a lie the Brits themselves and the Bush White House do all in their power not only to sustain but to empower: Islam.

When socialism and communism are the order of the day amongst the military in any country, who they fight ‘against’ is irrelevant: they are so guilt ridden as having been psy-oped all their lives that they have ‘done something wrong’ –by being a true disciple of Jesus Christ –that they pay with their own blood and who ever else’s blood they can get to set up lies –that attack them and take their blood (what lies? what difference does it make? They support them all.) AND get angry when prevented by any means from doing more of the same so as to spill Christian blood faster.

The Brits/Europe never changes.

No doubt the Brits and the Bush White House think the following only applies to those of pagan gods who worship demons, homosexuality and abortion and must be done in such a way as to set up the demons and their emotional etiquette as death as if God. But Jesus Christ is not mocked even once by their deceit.
