Putin proposes stiffer penalties for deliberate spread of HIV
MOSCOW. April 21 (Interfax) - Russian President Vladimir Putin has called on the country’s authorities to consider stiffer penalties for people involved in deliberately spreading HIV.“An HIV prevention law adopted in 1995 envisions a relatively wide range of guarantees of the rights of AIDS-infected people,” Putin said at the State Council presidium’s session on the fight against AIDS in the Kremlin on Friday.
“But it [the law] does not effectively resolve the problem of liability for the deliberate spread of HIV,” he said.

He already knew he had HIV as he was on active medication for it. That didn’t stop him from having anal sex with another man (to him that was no doubt “a loving, monogamous relationship with another human being and doing emotion correctly/the popular way..”) and manufacturing in his own body a new strain of drug resistant HIV to be passed on to all the homosexual lobby and agenda and apologists can pass them on to.
