For a free willer of either sex, Peggy Noonan has some words to say in defense of the death penalty for Moussaoui that are about the best a free willer can say:

From the moment the decision was announced yesterday, everyone, all the parties involved–the cable jockeys, the legal analysts, the politicians, the victim representatives–showed an elaborate and jarring politesse. “We thank the jury.” “I accept the verdict of course.” “We can’t question their hard work.” “I know they did their best.” “We thank the media for their hard work in covering this trial.” “I don’t want to second-guess the jury.”

How removed from our base passions we’ve become. Or hope to seem.

It is as if we’ve become sophisticated beyond our intelligence, savvy beyond wisdom. Some might say we are showing a great and careful generosity, as befits a great nation. But maybe we’re just, or also, rolling in our high-mindedness like a puppy in the grass. Maybe we are losing some crude old grit. Maybe it’s not good we lose it.

No one wants to say, “They should have killed him.” This is understandable, for no one wants to be called vengeful, angry or, far worse, unenlightened. But we should have put him to death, and for one big reason.

I happen, as most adults do, to feel a general ambivalence toward the death penalty. But I know why it exists. It is the expression of a certitude, of a shared national conviction, about the value of a human life. It says the deliberate and planned taking of a human life is so serious, such a wound to justice, such a tearing at the human fabric, that there is only one price that is justly paid for it, and that is the forfeiting of the life of the perpetrator. It is society’s way of saying that murder is serious, dreadfully serious, the most serious of all human transgressions.
It is not a matter of vengeance. Murder can never be avenged, it can only be answered.

If Moussaoui didn’t deserve the death penalty, who does? Who ever did?

And if he didn’t receive it, do we still have it?

No God. No Jesus Christ. Just “shared national conviction” that arose from ..somewhere for ..some effect that is superior to its absence.

Crafted in that response (as differentiated from ‘on purpose’) by the speech that spoke it is an appeal to human ‘free’ will (in which ‘reason’ supposedly resides as if it existed ) as if it existed by the very speech that demonstrates it doesn’t. There is an appeal to ‘reason’, to not ‘losing’ something supposedly already had in past times of history by persons in the present time of history.

In truth, the populace of this age has never had true grit, never been Western, never been Christian; they have no fear of God, even as they are decieved that ‘doing Jesus’ is whatever flattery they can produce in their own heart about what they are able to absorb as forgiving someone of some supposed act of ‘free’ will that resulted in an emotional negative for themselves. The bigger the emotional negative (2700 souls murdered) the bigger the flattery. They have ‘technology’. They have their own hearts in which they trust. Thier technology harnessed to their heart will supposedly bring them whatever emotional merchandise they ‘choose’.

The populace of this age has never been born again as real, literal new creation in Jesus Christ and so cannot lose what they never had. Therefore there is hope in what is to come, hope in the mercies of God exclusively in Jesus Christ, not in supposedly trying to maintain a grip on some ‘principle’ of ‘how’ to ‘use’ the ‘free’ will properly per circumstance that was never had in the past anyway.

The people of the jury did not fall for the ‘compassion’ defense, they fell for outright flattery. Even Mrs. Noonan flatters herself with her supposed ‘ambivalence’ to the death penalty. It’s a clear “See. I’m human too. I understand the emotional rules and why they are there that we all live by. But we can’t live to do the Rules at all if we let murderers off and merely pay for their room and board.” Anti-Christ as non-creating speech through free willers call that being Practical. You can’t ‘let’ people murder you as a people (implicitly or actually) and still live. Makes sense to free willers.

It is the appeal to the ‘being human’ that is the lie –that none can simply straightforwardly kill a convicted murderer without automatically transgressing some Etiquette that the whole populace, to include Mrs. Noonan, is deceived is actually ‘Jesus’ but in truth has never been anything other than what the ancients called variously Astarte, Diana, Sophia, the Image/Etiquette that fell from Heaven and lately Mary of the Romanists and Eastern Orthodox, Charismatics and Episcopals: the lie that Positive human emotion is the de facto definition of moral good is feminine false God that both men and women worship as demonstration of their being fallen. Anti-Christ through deceived and fallen human souls will defend that lie to the death via both human sacrifice (as in not killing those who are killing us) and in killing those sent to them to tell them the Truth. The largest ‘Church’ in such ‘Christendom’ for centuries was not called The Eye of Sophia for nothing even as it is called Hagia (holy) Sophia today by those who still worship her. To be in ‘Christ’ was to them –and those of today as ‘doing Jesus’– to be in the ‘divine’ emotional complex and to see/feel through the eyes of the ceremony surrounded by others doing the same in a building built for the purpose and was to be an arch-typical good citizen.

Another historic example, in which Christians are not-killed only because God shows an angry mob anti-Christ has twisted into protecting the Etiquette as if the very definition of ‘being human’ –that they are inconsistent with their own Etiquette to maintain the course on which they have been set –not because they heard the gospel and were separated from that lie and knew it to have been a lie all along. God sends words and stops them just as He started them with words:

Act 19:23-41 And there took place at that time no small disturbance about the way. For a certain man by name Demetrius, a silver-beater, making silver temples of Artemis, brought no small gain to the artisans; whom having brought together, and those who wrought in such things, he said, Men, ye know that our well-living arises from this work, and ye see and hear that this Paul has persuaded and turned away a great crowd, not only of Ephesus, but almost of all Asia, saying that they are no gods which are made with hands. Now not only there is danger for us that our business come into discredit, but also that the temple of the great goddess Artemis be counted for nothing, and that her greatness should be destroyed whom the whole of Asia and the world reveres. And having heard this , and being filled with rage, they cried out, saying, Great is Artemis of the Ephesians. And the whole city was filled with confusion, and they rushed with one accord to the theatre, having seized and carried off with them Gaius and Aristarchus, Macedonians, fellow-travellers of Paul. But Paul intending to go in to the people, the disciples suffered him not; and some of the Asiarchs also, who were his friends, sent to him and urged him not to throw himself into the theatre. Different persons therefore cried out some different thing; for the assembly was tumultuous, and the most did not know for what cause they had come together. If therefore Demetrius and the artisans who are with him have a matter against any one, the courts are being held, and there are proconsuls: let them accuse one another. But if ye inquire anything concerning other matters, it will be settled in the regular assembly. For also we are in danger to be put in accusation for sedition for this affair of to-day, no cause existing in reference to which we shall be able to give a reason for this concourse. And having said these things, he dismissed the assembly.

Just in case there is any doubt, God through me is directly speaking injuriously of your goddess, even as this speech works what God intends. If anyone has a problem with the Image that fell from heaven as opposed to the Etiquette that fell from heaven, let none imagine that an image actually fell from the sky –and the passage is literal as what those who were angry believed as reflected in what they said. An ‘inspiration’ fell on a human mind by demons/non-creating speech that moved the flesh to build a idol that was good economics for the place, much as the black rock of Mecca is good economics as promoting religious tourism.

Those persons quite forget and loath to hear that Jesus is Christ/Word of God, not an ‘example of how to do ‘free’ willed emotion’, that the Word of God told his disciples to buy a sword. It is true that Christinas have been killed by every means Satan can devise. But it is never been truth that God must by any other means than the those whose flesh is physically spared, spared those who flesh remains. Christian armies, executing God’s justice are both historical and holy, despite the mis-use of ‘the idea of Christ’ by those just like the Satanists who were the Ephesians of Paul’s day.

The only thing the jury did was what protect the Etiquette that fell from heaven as outright worshipping it –at the cost of futrue human lives. Now retiring to the U.S. prison system, the Jihadist will merely infect those around them with their lies as a recruiting station on religious grounds, and yet another U.S. institution is turned against us as we pay for it.

No doubt the jurors feel their conscience is clear in that they are perfectly deceived that they have ‘done Jesus’ and that God Himself is a perfect image of their own heart as a kin dof no-brainer obviousness. Mrs. Noonan means well in a different direction but is the same.

Lest any hear as thought: “See? He says no one has free will –then BLAMES us for what we do as if we did have free will!”

Hear this: No. You are not being spoken to in the same speech in which you are deceived –and in which you just let a murderer effectively go free as paying for his room and board. It is the belligerence of that speech (non-creating speech/anti-Christ) that seeks to maintain as a lie in front of your mind that it is the only speech in total reality and that none can Speak to you in a different Speech and thus the purpose of speech is always to deliver ‘information’ the supposed ‘free’ willed mind must process as fuel for that will and that ‘information’ as being part of a speech that supposedly never interferes with the will can only be heard through a permanently emplaced emotional filter.

In Truth, God is speaking through me to you as Himself as Word, a separate and distinct speech from non-creating speech/anti-Christ/sin. Those with ears to hear will hear. Those without ears to hear will not. God is His Word and creates by Speaking. He IS Creating Speech/Word/Christ/Jesus, He does not ‘use language’ to create. To hear Him is to obey given He is the speech of the commandment and performs in us what He wills.

1Thess 2:13 And for this cause we also give thanks to God unceasingly that, having received the word of the report of God by us, ye accepted, not men’s word, but, even as it is truly, God’s word, which also works in you who believe.

Phil 2:13 for it is God who works in you both the willing and the working according to his good pleasure.

His purpose of Speech is to create you as new creation, thus freeing you from both your former non-creating speech and all the lies within it and as saving you into Himself as your inheritance from God.

2 Corinthians 5:17-20 So if any one be in Christ, there is a new creation; the old things have passed away; behold all things have become new: and all things are of the God who has reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and given to us the ministry of that reconciliation: how that God was in Christ, reconciling the world to himself, not reckoning to them their offences; and putting in us the word of that reconciliation. We are ambassadors therefore for Christ, God as it were beseeching by us, we entreat for Christ, Be reconciled to God.

Those swallowed in the non-creating speech always destroy themselves as it moves and speaks through them in the very pursuit of the emotional Etiquette that supposedly fell from heaven as being most ‘arch-typically human.’ Beware that speech that can create nothing but supposedly is a guide to all emotional wisdom.

God says to that speech and all within it:

Isaiah 47:8-15 And now hear this, thou voluptuous one, that dwellest carelessly, that sayest in thy heart, It is I, and there is none but me; I shall not sit as a widow, neither shall I know loss of children: yet these two things shall come upon thee in a moment, in one day, loss of children and widowhood; they shall come upon thee in full measure for the multitude of thy sorceries, for the great abundance of thine enchantments. For thou hast confided in thy wickedness: thou hast said, None seeth me. Thy wisdom and thy knowledge, it hath seduced thee; and thou hast said in thy heart, It is I, and there is none but me. But evil shall come upon thee–thou shalt not know from whence it riseth; and mischief shall fall upon thee, which thou shalt not be able to ward off; and desolation that thou suspectest not shall come upon thee suddenly. Stand now with thine enchantments and with the multitude of thy sorceries, wherein thou hast laboured from thy youth; if so be thou shalt be able to turn them to profit, if so be thou mayest cause terror. Thou art wearied in the multitude of thy counsels. Let now the interpreters of the heavens, the observers of the stars, who predict according to the new moons what shall come upon thee, stand up, and save thee. Behold, they shall be as stubble, the fire shall burn them; they shall not deliver themselves from the power of the flame: there shall not be a coal to warm at, nor fire to sit before it. Thus shall they be unto thee with whom thou hast laboured, they that trafficked with thee from thy youth: they shall wander every one to his own quarter; there is none to save thee.

God as Word always is an emotional negative to the fallen human heart, even as He speaks to be a blessing to His beloved as newly creating them and building up what He already newly created–you. If indeed you cannot hear God, then this is what anti-Christ will end up saying through you about the Word of God just before God kills you:

1 Kings 22:8 u>And the king of Israel said to Jehoshaphat, There is yet one man by whom we may inquire of Jehovah; but I hate him, for he prophesies no good concerning me, but evil: it is Micah the son of Imlah. And Jehoshaphat said, Let not the king say so.

But know this: if God hated you, He wouldn’t have Said anything.
