Anti-Christ’s New England II

Deu 5:23-33 And it came to pass, when ye heard the voice from the midst of the darkness, and the mountain burned with fire, that ye came near to me, all the heads of your tribes, and your elders; and ye said, Behold, Jehovah our God has shewn us his glory and his greatness, and we have heard his voice from the midst of the fire: we have seen this day that God talks with man, and he lives. And now, why should we die? for this great fire will consume us. If we hear the voice of Jehovah our God any more, we shall die. For who is there of all flesh, that has heard the voice of the living God speaking from the midst of the fire, as we, and has lived? Come thou near, and hear all that Jehovah our God will say; and speak thou to us all that Jehovah our God will speak to thee; and we will hear it, and do it. And Jehovah heard the voice of your words, when ye spoke to me; and Jehovah said unto me, I have heard the voice of the words of this people that have spoken to thee: they have well spoken all that they have spoken. Oh that there were such a heart in them, that they would fear me, and keep all my commandments continually, that it might be well with them and with their sons for ever! Go, say unto them, Get you into your tents again. But as for thee, stand thou here by me, and I will speak unto thee all the commandments, and the statutes, and the ordinances, which thou shalt teach them, that they may do them in the land which I give them to possess it. Take heed then to do as Jehovah your God hath commanded you: turn not aside to the right hand or to the left. In all the way that Jehovah your God hath commanded you shall ye walk, that ye may live, and that it may be well with you, and that ye may prolong your days in the land which ye shall possess.

Matthew 7:6 Give not that which is holy to the dogs, nor cast your pearls before the swine, lest they trample them with their feet, and turning round rend you.

England, a once-Christian land, has been giving what is holy to the dogs and swine for generations and is now feeling the sting of being rended by those very dogs and swine even as England tried to deceive itself and the world there was no such things as dogs and swine in order to avoid any negative emotions in God’s distinguishing dogs and swine from His unconditionally elect. All the “Christians” in England desire is to sustain a home base of some pre-eminence in the world from which to throw what is holy to dogs and swine, be torn by those dogs and swine and then to reduce how that holy thing is thrown to the dogs and swine to a system in which being torn or ripped by swine and dogs is supposedly impossible to be experienced; a system in which, as anti-Christ through the Prime Minister of England, Tony Blair so nicely put it so as to make a pretty sentence/saying for a hardened sinner “The basic courtesies, in other words, have been extended to all people” and in which “At that point no distinctive culture or religion supercedes our duty to be part of an integrated United Kingdom..”

Now anti-Christ in English media moans even over the remnants of Christianity as practiced by the Church of England (whose head is a combination Druid/”Christian” “priest”) as a emotional inconvience and embarressment that is being “imported from America” as a “culture war.” So used, is anti-Christ to poisoning the British people that he whines over the least interruption in his flow of excrement on them the British people have been deceived is pleasurable amenities of every “civilized country”. The only “unholy” to the writer are the emotional consequences of being told one is a sinner and on his or her way to the lake of fire and any remembrance of so being told years ago by a genuinely Christian celebration of Christmas, the time given to most to celebrate the Incarnation of the Word of God as Jesus Christ:

Britain’s unholy war over Christmas - Opinion - International Herald Tribune

LONDON: Strolling through the Covent Garden piazza this week, the air was sharp and cold, the sweet smell of roast chestnuts filled the air, and the Salvation Army brass band played Silent Night beneath a huge Norwegian pine. It was a scene that Dickens might have recognized — right down to the loitering drunks. London seemed timeless.

But now, like an unwelcome guest arriving at midnight on Christmas Eve, Britain has imported America’s “culture wars,” in which Christmas becomes a pitched battle between Christians, secularists and minority faiths.

The Christmas cards of Prince Charles, Prime Minister Tony Blair and his heir-apparent, Gordon Brown, have been scrutinized to see whether they offer anemic “Seasons Greetings” rather than a stout “Merry Christmas.” Journalists have been dispatched to find school canteens that have replaced the traditional fattened goose with halal chicken. The tabloids are full of trendy teachers that have banished the nativity play in favor of a multifaith “festival of light.”

The passions spilled over the last few weeks suggest that this is no silly- season frippery. Christmas has become the latest battleground in a series of skirmishes over whether Britain will remain a Christian society.

The British finally seem to have taken to heart words attributed to an anonymous British elder statesman in the 19th century: “We must preserve the Church of England. It’s our only defense against real religion.”

Hebrews 12:18-29 For ye have not come to the mount that might be touched and was all on fire, and to obscurity, and darkness, and tempest, and trumpet’s sound, and voice of words; which they that heard, excusing themselves, declined the word being addressed to them any more: (for they were not able to bear what was enjoined: And if a beast should touch the mountain, it shall be stoned; and, so fearful was the sight, Moses said, I am exceedingly afraid and full of trembling;) but ye have come to mount Zion; and to the city of the living God, heavenly Jerusalem; and to myriads of angels, the universal gathering; and to the assembly of the firstborn who are registered in heaven; and to God, judge of all; and to the spirits of just men made perfect; and to Jesus, mediator of a new covenant; and to the blood of sprinkling, speaking better than Abel. See that ye refuse not him that speaks. For if those did not escape who had refused him who uttered the oracles on earth, much more we who turn away from him who does so from heaven: whose voice then shook the earth; but now he has promised, saying, Yet once will *I* shake not only the earth, but also the heaven. But this Yet once, signifies the removing of what is shaken, as being made, that what is not shaken may remain. Wherefore let us, receiving a kingdom not to be shaken, have grace, by which let us serve God acceptably with reverence and fear. For also our God is a consuming fire.

In the Name of Jesus Christ, Amen
