Disney and producer Jerry Bruckheimer have acquired screen rights to ‘Jihadists in Paradise,’ a Mark Bowden article,” reports Variety. In a statement, the spokesman for the Fisherfolk Alliance of the Philippines (described as “a leading progressive group”) called “Jihadists in Paradise” a “propaganda film and psychological warfare movie.”

The article details, among other things, the kidnapping of American missionaries Martin and Gracia Burnham by the terorist group Abu Sayyaf.
From IGN, movie Buzz site: “Jihadists in Paradise is about the terrorist group Abu Sayyaf, which is based in the Philippines, and how one of its leaders made a name for the Islamic group by taking 20 hostages at a resort, eventually beheading on of the American hostages and dragging the other two Americans (missionaries) through the jungle for over a year.”
Whatever Mark Bowden intended, it seems the Christian Community can now look forward to yet another movie in which Christians suffer for the glory of Christ, only to find the lead actors or others associated with the movie are homosexual activists, communists, socialists or famously immoral persons of one stripe or another whose loathing of Christ and/or twisting of Him into an lover of immorality is famous off-screen. The music will be a not so subtle Pointer-Outer of the Significant portions of Our Show. No doubt between the “there’s a snake!” Significant Music of the Jungle, the general sweating, monsoons, and the squatting in the shade and camoulfage to say the Significant Words the terrorists will be given a sympathetic wash, so trampled upon as they supposedly are by the Christian and Capitalists West of Soviet, Hollywood and Islamic nighmares. Maybe The Machete will be a star and later on a holy relic/memora-belial piece sold at auction for millions as long as it comes with the rock on which it was sharpened. No doubt the terrorists will be portrayed as holy warriors supposedly driven to mere self-defense and the missionaries ( according to the modern propaganda of anti-Christ, er, modern writers, generic spiritual persons who publically act out an all-inclusive generic ‘faith’ are Big Medicine with Jihadists and God; ..) will come to see the terrorists as fellow Generic Faithers whose cause is understandibly moral and just before the Generic Supreme “we all worship”. No doubt the State Dept. will be doing “all they can” with the help of the CIA to “get our people back.” No one will speak Truth but all will be “good people” in the midst of “bad circumstances”.
Just as plain, anti-Christ will love this movie through his legions of wolves dressed as sheep and they will all state in unison on que: “Now THIS is a movie the Christian Community should embrance.”
