She doesn’t understand there is actual security to be done but sees only that she wants some attention momentarily. Her mother responds that it is the job of soldiers not to be distracted. Immediately thereafter (in the movie) there is an attempt on “the Royals”.

Current laws are “driven by a moral panic” and a more effective drugs policy would focus on harm reduction rather than cutting crime, the commission’s report concluded.
The report said: “The use of illegal drugs is by no means always harmful any more than alcohol use is always harmful. The evidence suggests that a majority of people who use drugs are able to use them without harming themselves or others.”

The flaws in drug policy are demonstrated, it claimed, by the categorisation of ecstasy along with heroin and cocaine as a Class A drug. Such a classification “probably does most to undermine the credibility of our drug laws in the eyes of that section of the population that is most likely to use drugs: namely, the hundreds of thousands of people for whom ‘dance drugs’ are a routine feature of a good night out,” the report said.

In their soberness and best honesty they are deceived. Now they seek a drug induced haze for a different best honesty. Yet it is all the same speech but with much worse effects.

Once you are deceived the free will exists, then you must find a way to buy your neighbors cooperation as selling the mere empty concept of security as a mere phrase of political solgans and a free willed notion of “what civilization is.” to make it wash: a supposed zone wherein the free will is “constantly demonstrated” as the apex of the purpose of the existence of human souls disquised to themselves as one big heart. Thus, drug laws to protect true society ( and that have to a degree protected that society in truth as a grace of God on them even though they be deceived) and civilization from the delusions of a drug induced haze made into law are, according to the “Commision” unable to buy the cooperation of those in a drug induced haze who simply want “a good night out” and the desires of those in that haze ought to be made into law.

Who is the RSA?

“The Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce - commonly known as the RSA - was founded in 1754 by William Shipley, a painter and social activist, on a manifesto “to embolden enterprise, enlarge science, refine arts, improve our manufactures and extend our commerce”.

That says it all. Carl Marx was a member described by them as a “past fellow”, “economist” and “intellectual” in the article on him called “Heroes”.

Also from the RSA “commision”, the non-governmental “think tank” that considers itself a somebody of drug policy edicts having started in “the arts”, some recommended reading in their library:

On their own website they have a entire section devoted to “A Capable Society” wherein they say “As part of our work to develop a capable society this project questions whether our education system effectively delivers the real skills that people need to be successful in the modern world.”

One of the keypoints of their move “toward” a “capable soceity” is, as listed by their website:

* “to acknowledge that we as a society attach value and values to every aspect of education. At every transaction between teacher and learner, master and apprentice, and sportsman and coach, there is an equation of rights and responsibilities, of choices and choosers, of clients and suppliers. Given the freedom to choose, schools, colleges, universities, industries and commerce will wish to optimise their performance. Capability will then be guaranteed.”

“Cabability will then be guaranteed.” Wow. (Speaking of Carl Marx and his supposed “determinism” that Communism was “inevitable” and “grand” expressly because human will was free..) –after the ‘education’ is supposedly perfromed by the supposed free will as the individual student? No –by the institution –by that arm of the supposed Public Free Will. Now they say the institution, the Public Free Will, in order to accomplish its “goals” is to take from a populace of those in a drug induced haze. They themselves say that such population is funtionally inescapable such that the mere desire to have, (even in the worst pagan definition of the “noble savage” that is “generically moral” and is not a Christian), a moral populace is mere “panic”.

This commision is doing two things to England now that England has fallen completely for the lie of free will: The first is seeking to make of the lie of free will a god that speaks solely out of a manufactured face of the supposed “Public Free Will” and (2) in order to subject the English to what even other pagans in other parts of the world would never do, simply seeks to have them in a drug induced haze to seek the nonsense of dreams as reality and not recognize the tyranny of the lie of free will ( and its necessary “holy directions” of “how to use that free will” which the Left as the “Royal” “Arts” Commision is more than happy to manufacture.. much like the Council on Foreign Relations in the U.S.) under which they already suffer but see it as a full-blown and honest pursuit of a “better honesty” on the premise of it’s being a better “alternative” to Jesus Christ even as it seeks to mimick the mere temporal benefits that in past times came from what was called Christian Education.

Literally an enemy has come to England, ( and America via another name) taken up residence, passed it’s own speech off as “wisdom” so that it could pass itself off as “prestigious”, then immediately set about telling all the watchmen on their posts to “Loosen up! Live a little!” “Would you like some Meth? Heroine perhaps?” “Another man’s ass?” “Surely you would like something from as prestigious a thing as I?”
