On Having a Table Prepared Before Us in the Presence of Our Enemies
“Psalm 23:5 Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies; thou hast anointed my head with oil; my cup runneth over. “
It is the height of ignornace, sin, cowardice and arrogance against Jesus Christ to tell Him that “You know. You are blessing me too much. You are blessing me in their sight and holding them in unbelief and in the end your blessing me is going to get me killed by them because they don’t understand. So stop. I’ve got to survive in the presence of my enemies here and now.”
It is the height of cowardice to desire God to stop preparing our table in the presence of our enemies and to stop giving us Himself in and as Jesus Christ, Holy Spirit and the Father as our inheritance . Enemies hate, not based on anything we did or failed to do but because of their own avarice and rebellion before God and against Jesus Christ as He really Is.
It is one thing to notice that if the rules of the human heart that non-creating speech says are “inevitably true” actually are true, then God’s preparation for us and bestowal of blessing on us and in the sight of our enemies is merely a constant drip of acid on the heart of the enemy and infuriates them more and more in such a way as to make appeasing their heart impossible simply because it is God ( whom they cannot know or admit even exists in truth) that does it. It is one thing to notice that the enemy is thoroughly deceived that the “rules” that anti-Christ says are “inevitably true” of the human heart are in fact true and both unavoidable and inescapable. So plainly are our enemies deceived as to be amongst themselves wise to think those “rules” of anti-Christ are “no-brainer”, “common sense” “knowledge” as to constantly infuriate them and wrongly incite them against us amongst themselves ( as well as those among us who have yet to receive their own blessing being incited against us for “endangering them” and “inciting the enemy” on that same basis).
It is quite another thing to wish for “an equal distribution of God’s grace”/”universal” salvation for no other purpose than to avoid any anger someone may have against us merely because we actually exist as blessed of God in their sight and that they have yet to recieve those same blessings they witness in us and bestowed on us by God in Jesus Christ as material plenty, a good name, weapons, martyrdom for the Name of Jesus Christ or peace in the midst of their famine and wars –and then to claim we self-wrought our blessings and that “our enemy can too” if they “do what we did and act how we act” merely to avoid having to go to war against the enemy in self-defense because of their own deceit. The free will lie is a lie no matter that is has been used by those who know better as a supposed self-defense to keep the enemy at bay via “educational grants” as supposed inside scoops/gnosticism on “how we did it”.
It is a better thing for God to bestow life in Jesus Christ on the enemy through us than to have to kill the enemy as taking them out of the flesh in defense of what God has given us stewardship concerning and perfroms that stewardship through us. Yet God does not always allow that. That is not up to us.
To think to give the enemy cash money so that they will be worsened in the lie of free will by being decieved their former way of thinking was validated and now the increase in money they have supposedly self-wrought for themselves by breathing threats or promising security automatically equals an increase in “freedom” and that they have “made us give up some our freedom to them” ( for a supposed” good reason” or “not”..) only invites more war –not less. Cowardice never really pays.
