Wilson and four other young men admitted to detectives that they had had sexual intercourse with one teenaged girl and that another had performed oral sex on them at a 2004 New Year’s Eve party in a Douglasville, Georgia hotel that involved about a dozen youths. Under Georgia law at the time, oral sex with anyone under the age of 16 could be classified as aggravated child molestation, even if it occurred between consenting teenagers fewer than three years apart in age. The offense carried a mandatory sentence upon conviction of 10 years in prison.

Sexual intercourse was, and remains, a misdemeanor under Georgia law. The code governing oral sex was amended last July to treat consensual oral sex between teenagers no more than four years apart as a misdemeanor. Wilson was 17 years old at the time of the incident and was convicted in 2005.

In an appeal to the state Supreme Court last year, Bernstein argued that Wilson’s conviction was a violation of the equal protection clause of the Constitution because the law at the time made an arbitrary distinction between intercourse and oral sex and provided extremely different, and in one case much harsher punishment, for crimes that were similar.

Douglasville County District Attorney David McDade argued at the time that the constitutional issue was not raised during the first trial, that the argument for it was rejected when the state’s high court returned the case to the state Court of Appeals, which previously had ruled against Wilson, and that it should not be raised again before the state Supreme Court.

The original law on “oral” sex was written to protect children from themselves and the deceptions of youth that have permanent consequences. Now anti-Christ through lawyers wishes to not only do away with the conviction for no real reason at all, but to make out the law put in place to protect minors from being peer pressured into sex and calling such pressure “consensual” ought to be done away with because of a supposed conflict in comparing “oral” sex with the laws on intercourse.

Four boys had “oral” sex with an underaged girl and they see “nothing wrong with it.” because the girl had been talked into it either on the spot or even years earlier as supposed appropriate behavior. Now lawyers wish to make the boys ignorance of why sexual morality exists at all iron-clad as manufacuring future sexual predators ..because they are black? Are they supposed throw-away souls?

Not only ought the law concerning “oral” intercouse be changed back to what it originally was but the laws on intercourse with a minor stiffend as well.

Those that make a mock at protecting children “from ‘they’selves” mock at their own salvation and deny the very ignorance and sin in which they are themselves caught. If the personal best honesty of fallen man is the benchmark of “truth” all men would go to the lake of fire. Yet that is exactly the result of teaching as “truth” the lie of free will as the de facto “gospel” in the black community: it mandates the perpetuation of the ignorance that any person’s best honesty will just have to be damn well good enough for God on the supposed premise that anyone’s best honesty is the sole conduit through which they are “saved” by “choosing Jesus”. Supposedly, all the “retarded” people, to include retarded black people who can’t be mental agile enough to “choose Jesus” go to hell. Black, White, Latino and Asian as well as many more “ethnic” false prophets labor day and night to make the lie of free will the best honesty of all the people. What new birth in Jesus Christ? What Word of God?

Genarlow Wilson’s harsh sentencing is the FAVOR of God on him. Those whom God disregards He allows to be wicked in such a manner as they are completely deceived they “was right” until it is too late. They seem to “get away with” everything. The other’s copped a plea expressly to be in a better supposed position to “use their free will” in supposed “more free manner.” sooner. In their fallen mind, they effectively can “get back to” “doing” whatever they want –now rightfully branded as sexual predators.

God doesn’t punish the wicked as He does the elect in this flesh. Why would He? Who are they?

But as for the elect:

God indeed scourges those whom He loves. Without end until we leave the flesh. We obviously need it or He wouldn’t be doing it.
