Another case of Russian military hardware fleeing the country via arms dealers? (update: the Kenyans say it is their tanks update: 9/30/2008 : now no one is claiming them. The Ukrainians who sold it to …?. The Somalis and Sudanese usually go for the latest upgrades on older Chinese tanks But why would Russia send a warship to defend a Ukranian arms deal? Curiouser and curiouser..)
