That is common sense.

As well, if you get that same credit from a private source, you pay the interest and the principle. That’s all. If you get that same credit via the government after it has borrowed from that same source, now you pay the interest to the government AND as a citizen to the private source via taxes to repay the interest on the loan to your government. The government has then acted as a compounding of the interest you will pay , just for the mere ..what? For what?

A well written article could do with a bit of revisiting.

Yet the Bush Administration and the Senate would have us believe that borrowing ANOTHER 700 billion dollars of limited credit on top of the national debt from whomsoever they can get it somehow helps out those who need credit. It doesn’t. In reality it stops them from getting that same 700 billion dollars worth of credit and if they do get some of it, it will be at inflated and higher interest rates. If the government then tries to “give away” credit to stimulate the economy, it will be making less than it is spending on the interest of the original debt. That’s NOT stimulus. That’s MORE debt via taxation. This is not rocket science.

It gets worse. Now a representative who voted against the initial bailout says he will vote for it now because the next version supposedly RAISES the limit government guarantees you if your bank fails to $250,000. That another $150,000 PER PERSON in all the banks in the US the US government will have to go into debt to give them cash as if that were not DEBT but a mysterious “government trick” that the tax payer ( the person who gets the guarantee and who supposedly gets the initial 250,000 grand if the bank goes under ) is not part of. And the representative plays this off as if it is an IMPROVEMENT to the bailout plan. It is a MASSIVE increase in the initial 700 billion plan if the banks go under AFTER the US government goes $700 billion into MORE debt. All they will say then is that they need another bailout that will make $700 billion look like peanuts..

It gets worse: now a feeling of “bankruptcy and default don’t matter” is being instilled to young borrowers. An aura of ’somebody will always step in and pay off whatever debts are incurred’ has descended on the nation to such an extent, the 700 billion dollars worth of more credit is not seen as something those persons who have defaulted and sought protection under legal widgets for honest debts do not need, having demonstrated they are not credit worthy: It is seen as a supposed evidence itself to that very mindset of buy-on-credit and then default simply because it is a big number. But there is no evidence of such an end of that mindset. Who magically changes their outlook?

No one. That takes Jesus Christ to do that and even does that as a change of creature, a change of being, not a simple change in “outlook” or financial management style.

When those loaning the money ask what is going to be done with the money, they will simply be told, “We’re going to loan it to those you now consider high risk because of financial their practices –the very people you would turn down if they asked you.” Higher interest on higher risk.

It gets worse. By the time the government gets through making up middlemen to get the credit out the door to the consumer, you not only won’t get the whole 700 billion in credit you would have got if you had gone to the lender yourself ( because the government is going to spend part of that money on a bureaucracy to simply manage the money itself and at each stage the middleman gets a point or two of the vick..) , you’ll be paying so much interest you may not be able to afford it at all ..but you will still pay for other’s use of that same credit as a taxpayer because your government still has to pay back that loan. I.E. People who can’t or don’t borrow will be forced to finance the interest for those who do. Socialism. You may be fiscally conservative, but if your neighbor is not, they will still raise your taxes and take what you have to pay off your common government’s debt when your neighbor defaults. The taxes will be raised and will offset whatever advantage the temporary influx of credit built up even if you successfully use the “available credit”.

Credit is not endless. There is in truth only a certain amount of fiat that can go with fiat money until everyone stops and says “You know. This paper is worthless.” You can’t just print money endlessly. The value has to come from somewhere. That value is where the credit comes from; actual stuff so to speak.

Yes. the concept of money is literally a lie. It is a lie that seeks to falsely measure by its own means that is not God what is truly invaluable as if it was measurable by the lie and can be had by a ‘free’ will within the lie via trade. But real goods are not lies. Real estate is not a lie. Real lives are not a lie.

The 700 billion will be taxed by the lender in addition to the principle. ..The concept of profit off of private credit. Don’t be deceived the 700 billion is going to magically appear with no ADDITIONAL debt on top it because the “government” did it. The government will be borrowing from private vendors. That corporations have gotten away with ‘declaring bankruptcy’ in no way means the legal system by which the bankruptcy was declared can’t be bankrupt as well and loose its authority in that way in the eyes of some.

Who is going to “own” the US government after 700 billion dollars is “given” away to “stimulate the economy” and if that fails, with the $250,000 kicker , another massive bailout is on the way? Who is going to pay only the interest, much less the principle? You are being sold out on the premise of saving what somebody else has. The “bailout” is not a lack of common sense. It is treason. It’s a sell out at fire sale prices after the “credit” has been burned.

It is not an accident that this country has pursued catastrophic financial polices by those who pretended to hold a mere different style of getting the same prosperity you wanted. In fact, the policies have been set to be destructive and have been carried out by men and women who have sold their soul to a lie an “enlightened one” who will reward them for simply following orders via secret societies while they pretend in front of you to celebrate “diversity” of governing “theories” for its own sake and made such their true Cause simply to use it to destroy the United States as much as they can.
